Carl L. Shaulis had a background in chemistry before pivoting to the software development space as a quality assurance engineer in 1999. Over the course of 20+ years he has developed front-end applications, assisted with performance testing in preparation of two Superbowl advertisements, and built a quality organization of 130+ people. Shaulis' current role has him leading an operational excellence team focusing on aspects in resiliency, incident management, synthetic monitoring, and a new quality coaching capability called quality advocates. His passion is coaching, mentoring, and innovating in all aspects of rapid software delivery.
